The quality of products depends on many factors, and one of them is the correct storage.

As for fruits and vegetables, then, no matter how you save them, they represent the most value immediately after harvest.

Most vitamins and nutrients stored in frozen products. In order to protect the products from damage, people use the refrigerator.

At the same time they do not realize that some products are not suitable for the content therein. One is the potatoes, because at low temperatures in this vegetable is lost not only taste quality but also vitamins, therefore, it is better kept in a dark, dry place.

It is preferable not contain chocolate in a cool place, for the reason that, due to the crystallization of sucrose it is covered with a white coating, which imparts an unpleasant taste. The list of such products include olive oil, honey, bread products, as well as bananas, onions, garlic, fresh tomatoes, and how it is no wonder coffee, because it is able to absorb the different smells.
