Adhering to this schedule, after a few days you will notice an improvement in well-being. However, it is worth considering the fact that the spillage also has a negative effect on the health status, because after you have slept for ten or more hours, there is a feeling of fatigue.

To get a good sleep, you should follow some rules, one of which is the correct selection of sleeping accessories, such as a pillow, mattress and blanket, while giving preference to natural materials.

Each time before going to bed, ventilate the room, the windows of which should cover the dark curtains, in order to avoid getting moonlight. The room should not have plants that emit a strong odor, and next to it should not be mobile phones and other working electronic devices. In order to quickly fall asleep, in the evening, take a walk in the fresh air, then take a bath with the addition of relaxing essential oils. At the same time, dinner should consist of light food and avoid overeating.
