Sedentary Work Need to Be Alternate with Exercises

When you spend the whole day near a computer in the hope that someone will appreciate your diligence, try to get up at least once an hour and perform some simple exercises.

Even a simple trip to the toilet or a glass of water will help you to stretch your muscles a little and get pleasure from what was done. But it’s better, of course, if you start squatting or running your legs.

In the office, such exercises are rather difficult to do, especially if you work in a large team. Therefore, the best option for you is to walk on the stairs of the dream first and last floor.

Believe that such actions in the near future will be appreciated by other employees, and maybe even will make you a company. But you know that you do not warm up for them, but for your own health.

It is very important to understand that no one can help a person to the degree that he does it himself. Just take your health in your own hands and start practicing it daily. And if you do not have enough motivation for this, then put a desktop picture with a picture of a woman you would never want to turn into.
