How to Prevent Dysbiosis

In summer, the most common disease is dysbiosis, the main symptoms of which are manifested in the form of rashes on the skin, bloating, headaches, weakness, as well as indigestion and insomnia.

Among the reasons provoking the emergence of this can be noted the use of foods that contain a lot of sugar and combination fats, the abuse of alcoholic beverages, intestinal infections, often due to improper storage or processing of foods, as well as frequent stress.

In order for this not to happen, first of all it is necessary to pay attention to proper nutrition, at which food intake should be at least five times a day. Namely, between their basic techniques it is recommended to arrange snacks.

Pay Attention to the Diet

An important role is played by the selection of products, among which daily must be present sour-milk products of natural production, because it contains useful bacteria that improve the work of the stomach and intestines. Nutritionists recommend during the dinner to drink a glass of kefir in order to improve the microflora. Nowadays, many people spend little time on sports, which negatively affects the overall health, including the work of the bodies, so try to train every day, which is not necessary to attend sports clubs, and it’s enough to take a light jog after the warm-up, and in the evening not to give up walking.
