Despite the fact that many would like to adhere to this routine, it is not easy for everyone to get an early awakening even with the help of an alarm bell. Experts argue that if the body is not prepared to wake up at six o’clock in the morning and earlier, and if it succeeds, immediately after noon a person’s activity decreases, both physically and mentally.
Therefore, for an early awakening to become a habit, it is necessary to adhere to certain recommendations concerning not only sleep, but also the general regime.
It is necessary to observe the daily routine
Firstly, it is impossible to wake up at five in the morning, if you went to bed after midnight, because the normal life of an adult requires at least seven hours of quality sleep. Given this factor, it is safe to say that in such cases it is necessary to go to bed no later than ten in the evening, and not less than two hours to refuse to view all electronic means, including the TV, to limit your brain from receiving any information that it it is necessary to process.
The best option will be to do needlework or other favorite things, which will soothe the nervous system. As for dinner, it should consist of easily assimilated foods, so as not to increase the burden on the stomach, and eat three hours before bedtime.
In the bedroom there should always be clean, fresh air, so take for a rule before going to bed necessarily to ventilate the room. In the morning, having woken up at the appointed time, in order not to fall asleep again, try to get out of bed immediately, after making several stretches with which help the working capacity is activated, the mood rises.
