How to Fight Avitaminosis in Spring

Experts argue that in those vegetables that are susceptible to long shelf life, in spring there is almost no vitamin, but only folic acid and carotene.

Everyone is well aware that they have the most useful properties during harvesting, so do not miss the opportunity to use them more often in the autumn period.

An important factor is the presence of vitamin B, which is most abundant in eggs, bread, as well as in nuts and meat. Insufficient amount of vitamin D also has a negative effect on the metabolic process, and, as is known, we receive it to a greater extent from exposure to sunlight, therefore, in the spring, regardless of weather, try to be more often outdoors, which will make it possible to significantly improve the overall state of health. In this case, it is preferable to walk in the forest park area, because communication with nature positively affects the psychological state.
